![]() What are both tales about? Well, remember those X-Men flicks and Hugh Jackman? They've given him a spin-off and are telling Wolverine's origin. The game tells the story of the movie, along with a healthy dose of backstory and flashbacks. Just come out of coma? X-Men Origins: Wolverine is the videogame that ties into this summer's film of the same name. "Snikt" has been a pretty big part of my vocabulary for the past few days. See, at the Game Developers Conference, Activision and Raven Software held a closed door meeting where I got to play sections of the game I (and you via my previews) had never seen before and just a few days later, the dynamic duo held another Wolverine event where the gaming press was able to pull up a chair and play as much of the game as they wanted from the very beginning. Whenever I see X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I find myself walking around for the next few days clenching my fists, whispering "SNIKT" and imagining that I'm cutting doorjambs and trashcans with my indestructible andamantium claws.
